Terms and Conditions

Refunds - We do not offer refunds, however, you can change your trip online up to 24 hours prior to your initial departure without any fees.
Alcholic Beverages - We do not allow any open alcholic beverages on the bus. If the driver is aware of a violation of this policy, it is his/her perogative to immediately remove that passenger from the bus.
Special Needs and Disabilities - A request for a wheelchair lift must be made in writing at least 48 hours before the date of travel. This advance notice is in accordance with Federal Guidelines and allows for the necessary arrangements to be made.
Pets - Pets are not permitted on DC2NY Buses, with the exception of service animals.
Web site - The DC2NY website is optimized to work best on Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 and above and on Mozila FireFox, and may not work properly on other browsers (Safari).
Cold Bottle of Water - Offered complimentary, and there may be some times where circumstances beyond our control prohibit the bottle of water from being available, we appreciate your understanding.
Luggage Assistance - We provide baggage assistance for DC2NY guests, however DC2NY cannot take responsibility for forgotten, lost, damaged, or stolen property during the bus loading/unloading period.
Wireles Internet on the DC2NY Bus - We offer complimentary internet service, however, DC2NY cannot take any responsibility for damage, or viruses during its use on the bus. We will do our best to provide wireless service on the bus, however as we all know sometimes technical difficulties might prevail, preventing us from providing the service.
Merchant Privacy Policy - We do not Share Your credit card or any other personal information with any outside parties.
